It is an age-old story – a girl hopeful and starry eyed leaves for Mumbai to achieve her dreams, but falls prey to a sinister plot. But just because it is old doesn’t mean that it doesn’t happen. Scheduled to release on 5th August 2016, Babuji Ek Ticket Bambai explores the life of commercially sexually exploited women in our country. The movie also explore the rehabilitation of these workers and how even a reformed sexual worker may never find a normal life in our society.  Check out this Babuji Ek Ticket Bambai Music Review and tell us what you think.

Aankh Pe Chashma Daal Ke is you typical folksy item number that are missing from the current Bollywood music scene. The big differene here though is that the lyrics are tasteful – as tasteful as an item number can be – and not vulgar. I can’t say enough how Kumaar is emerging to be the best lyricist.

Bepanhaa is a melodious song to which Mohit Chauhan adds his special touch. Mohit Chauhan fans will love this track. This one fits in well with similar tracks from Fever and Rustom and will find a place on your Bollywood 2016 melodious tracks list.

Tose Naina Ladey is good in raw, folksy way. The kind of beats you would associate with Holi songs from MadhyaPradesh and UP. The Remix version uses some electronic sounds and modern beat. And I will endorse the original version over the remix any day.

MovieRecipe Verdict: Fits the movie, but not all songs will make to the playlist. Bepanhaa shines.

MovieRecipe Picks: Bepanhaa (Mohit Chauhan), Tose Naina Ladey
