Killer Body movie follows doctor Katie Jones and her family as she faces and new threat from her past. A renowned plastic surgeon, Katie has it all – a successful career and a loving family in a big suburban house. Liz is Katie’s old school mate and idolized her for a long time. But she secretly has also been holding a grudge against Katy for have having everything she has ever wanted in life.
Her jealousy and narcissistic nature reaches a point where she is determined to take everything away from Katie and live a life she always wanted. She returns in her life as a patient and asks Katie to make her look like Katie.
When Katie finds out this has been planning to harm her and put her family at risk because of her old friends for help. But when bodies begin to fall around her and Liz begins to interact with her family and threatens her children, Katie must find a way to settle this old score.
