The Resident Evil franchise comes to an end with this sixth installment, which was based on the video game by the same name. The last installment of the franchise continues the story so far. Resident Evil – The Final Chapter begins after six weeks from where Resident Evil Retribution ended. The movie was released in the US on January 27 2017, and will release in India on 3rd February 2017. Along with English, Resident Evil Final Chapter will also be released in Hindi and Tamil.

Alice finds herself in a ruined White House. She soon finds out that Umbrella Corporation has created a new virus that will kill everything infected by T-Virus. And with this news, The Red Queen asks Alice to come to The Hive. On her way to the Raccoon City, Alice is captured by Isaacs. She manages to escape and reunited with a group of survivors. They prepare to battle the horde of zombies coming their way, but are soon outnumbered. On arriving at The Hive, The Red Queen offers her explanation on her actions against the Corporation. But she also warns Alice that one of her group members is a spy. Alice must now find out a way to fight the zombies and defeat Isaacs.

The movie has garnered mixed reviews from its release in japan and the US. While the plot of the movie is simple and straightforward, the movies has some twists and frenetic action to keep the viewers busy.
