Like most superheroes, DC Comics’ Wonder Woman too was created during World War II. He Amazon warrior is a demigod and gets skills from her upbringing in the Amazonia and from powers bestowed upon her by the Greek Gods. Over the years, she has had many enemies from monsters to classic villains such as Doctor Psycho and Veronica Cale. The Wonder Woman movie is set during World War I as Princess Diana of Themyscira travels to London to end the war.
Wonder Woman was created to match the feminist movement in the early 20th century. So t was not all that strange to see all-women screenings last week, in the US. However, this seems to have upset many male fans, some of whom went on to cry about discrimination while others had some great suggestions and question for the theater in Austin, TX.

Wonder Woman, the first movie is all about Diana and her introduction to the world. The time is World War I and US Army Air Service Pilot has crash landed in Amazonia. Here, Diana is a bit different from what you have seen in Batman Vs. Superman. She is yet to become a ‘superhero’ and is a bit naive and an idealist.
As they become acquainted, away from the busy world, she learns more about the war and the events unfolding in Europe and the world. Convinced she can help the situation and bring the war to an early end, Wonder Woman sets off on an mission to London.
