Tum Bin 2 starring Neha Sharma and Aditya Seal is scheduled to release on 18 November 2016. Tum Bin 2 is a sequel of Tum Bin released in 2001. Priyanshu Chatterjee palyed the lead role in the first movie, which proved to be a sleeper hit of the year. Although the movie didn’t draw a lot of crowd early on, the story and performances attracted many to the theaters gradually. The movie soundtrack with vocals from Jagjit Singh also became a hit that year.

Directed by Anubhav Sinha, Tum Bin 2 casts fresh new faces in the movie. Ankit Tiwari composes the music for the movie which was mainly shot in scenic Scotland locales. Although Ra One was not that successful, the director’s last outing with Gulab Gang impressed many. Aditya Seal returns in his second Romance movie after his first – Ek Choti Si Love Story – with Manisha Koirala.

Tum Bin was a romantic drama with amazing performances and an excellent plot. We can expect another intense romance-drama in this sequel with a fresh set of actors. Tum Bin 2 brings another love triangle centering around Shekhar and Amar. Old friendship, newfound love, and a difficult decision.
When you get a confused individual at the center of an important life decision, there are many who will try to convince you one way or the other. But to live a full life, it is important the decision be made by the individual. Tum Bin 2 music may not be as good or haunting as the first movie, but the drama seems right up there.
The movie begins on a emotional note as Taran (Neha Sharma) loses the love of her life when Amar dies in an accident. Sad and depressed, Taran has lost all hope. Taran can’t come to terms with her loss even though her family wants her to move on and start a new chapter in her life. Her memories with Amar still haunt her at every corner.
But there is always light after dark. Can Shekhar (Aditya Seal) be that light in her life? Shekhar is no stranger to loss of a loved one. THey slowly find common ground in each other’s company. But they say first love is hard to forget. Can Taran forget Amar and can offer Shekhar the same emotional bond that she once had with Amar?
Tum Bin Movie Review (Critics’ Views)
With enough twists and turns, the story keeps you invested in the movie. The soppy drama is shot win the beautiful locales and the cinematography is one thing you won’t fault. However, the same cannot be said of the performances of the fresh faces in the movie.
The critics consensus seems to be that for all the Drama in the story, the lead cast fails to give you the performances that Priyanshu and other managed in the first part.
