Trust Me Series 2 Plot
Trust Me series 2 is set in a hospital in Glasgow and follows follows corporal Jamie McCain battling with his paralysis and a conspiracy. Recovering from a spinal injury from a shock attack, Jamie is now confined to a bed in the hospital unable to move around and suspected to suffer from PTSD.
The hospital staff is caring and intelligent. The neurological unit is headed by Dr. Archie Watson, whose awkward persona seems to hide a sinister side. He is aided by a very professional Debbie Dorell who is fiercely committed to her patients. However, we cannot say the same about Dr. Laila, the clinical psychologist who likes to experiment with her patients.
When patients in the ward begin to die unexpectedly, Jamie believes these are not natural and there is something in the works behind the scenes.
As Jamie obsessively searches for the truth, his investigation drags him and the clinical staff into their own unnerving nightmares. But with his behaviour becoming increasingly erratic, is the threat real or imagined and is Jamie a man we can trust?
