When you have people who can’t eat sugar, but love traditional desserts, festival time becomes a big challenge. No matter how much you care about them, eating the sweets with someone who cannot, can really dampen the festive spirits.

So here is my attempt at making simple, quick and easy sugar free malpua using granulated Sugar Free Natura.
Sugar Free Malpua Recipe Ingredients
1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar Free Natura
1/2 Cup Water
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
Few strands of Saffron
For the Batter

1/2 Cup Chitale Gulab Jamun mix
1/2 Cup Maida or All purpose flour
1/2 Cup Milk, more if necessary
4 Tbsp Oil
Sugar Free Malpua Recipe Method
1. Mix the granulated sugar and water and heat
2. Boil it for a few minutes until it thickens enough to coat the Malpua
3. Add a few strands of Saffron and let it stand
4. Mix the Gulab Jamun mix and flour, and then add the milk to make a smooth batter
5. Heat a pan and coat it with oil
6. Make small crepes or pancakes using the malpua batter and fry turning once

7. Dip it in the sugar syrup and place the malpua in a dry plate

8. Garnish with Cashews and serve.
