Martha’s Vineyard Mysteries return to Hallmark Movies & Mysteries this weekend with a new mystery in Ships in the Night movie. The third in the popular mystery series, set on the island takes out detectives across cities to solve this one.
What is the Plot of Ships in the Night?
Ships in the Night movie follows retired detective Jackson and Dr. Zee as they take on the new crime.
When a prominent manager of an art gallery is found murdered, the island community is shocked by the gruesome crime. It turns out that the murder is related to the theft of famous sculpture piece, Boat into Wind.
Chief Madieras teams up with Zee and Jackson to crack the puzzling case. When even Jackson’s buddy in implicated in a long list of suspects, Jackson once again finds himself in the crosshairs.
But Jackson is determined to clear his name and the investigation takes Zee and Jackson to Boston, where Jeff was once shot in the line of duty. An old friend reveals a new lead in the old case.
They realize that the crime on the island might just be a cover to something more sinister and somehow connected to the old case.
