ABC begins the new year with another family oriented show, Call Your Mother, that you can all watch together. Kids growing up is the reality of life that no one can deny or stop. But for mothers who have dedicated their entire lives to make sure their kids are looked after every hour of the day, looking at an empty house is not a pretty sight.
What is Call Your Mother Series About?
Call Your Mother follows Jean as she tries to readjust her life after the kids leave the house.
Jean has dedicated all her life to bringing up her kids and making sure that they have all their needs met. Doting over them and following them around helping them in all their task has been the mission of her life.
Now all grown up and leaving far off, jean is an empty nester looking at an empty house. As the days pass, Jean increasingly gets uneasy and decides to fix her melancholy by ensuring that she lives with her family.
She decides her place is with her family, and as she reinserts herself into their lives, her kids realize they might actually need her more than they thought.
