Sacred Games Series Plot
Sacred Games series is based on the book of the same name by Vikram Chandra, and revolves around Inspector Sartaj Singh, one of the few Sikhs in Mumbai Police. His nemesis is Ganesh Gaitonde who is the kingpin of the Mumbai underworld.
In his forties, Sartaj has settled into a comfortable routine of his job and is in a dead-end career. When the is tipped about the secret hideout of Ganesh Gaitonde – the most wanted gangster – he decides to mount an operation and get the credit to capture the man.
Mafia, corruption, religious discrimination, terrorism, politics, Sacred Games series is a milieu of the life and times of India in the new millennium with an underlying story with multiple characters and fast-paced action.
