Kids might detest their parents for not giving them enough time. But often, these kids will grow old an become the very person they detested as a child. Like Father Movie Plot
Rachel is a workaholic and an overachiever and successful at almost everything. However, when her attempt to get married bombs and she is left alone at the altar her life takes an unexpected turn. Her indomitable spirit takes hold and Rachel decides to go on her honeymoon anyway, with her estranged father.
Rachel and her father have had a difficult relationship. She had always accused him for breaking up their family after he left them to focus on his career. They embark on this unlikely and unplanned vacation with an awkward agreement, but Rachel soon realizes that she might be looking at the past with rose tinted glasses.
As they spend time together and bond over adventures and cocktails, the events force them to look within and the trip becomes a lesson in appreciation of family and life.
