It is time to rejoice for Leverage fans as IMDB TV brings back the team in Leverage Redemption this summer. The series picks up years after their last job as they once again deicide to teach those in power and money a lesson or two. The series also adds a few new characters and the new joinees assist them as they turn Robinhood once more.
What is Leverage Redemption About?
Leverage Redemption picks up the reins eight years after their last job as they shake of the dust and rust to bring balance to the new world.
The Leverage crew have watched as the rich and powerful continue to take what they want without consequence. Grifter Sophie Devereaux, thief Parker, hitter Eliot Spencer, and hacker Alec Hardison have watched the world change over the last eight years. Since their last job, it’s become easier-and sometimes legal-for the rich to become richer and the powerful to squash anyone who gets in their way.
To address the changes in the world around them, the team finds new blood in Harry Wilson, a corporate lawyer who is looking for redemption after realizing he’d been sitting on the wrong side of the table for his entire career, and Breanna Casey, Hardison’s foster sister who has a knack for computers, robotics, and getting into trouble.
What is the Cast of Leverage Redemption?
Gina Bellman returns as Sophie with Beth Riesgraf as Parker, Chritian Kane as Elliott, and Aldis Hodge as Alec. Noah Wyle joins the cast as Harry Wilson with Aleyse Shannon as Breanna. The new Season comes with sixteen episodes. The first eight episodes will come this summer and the rest in fall 2021.
