Her Worst Nightmare movie follows Dakota as her old fears return after a number of years and she is not ready to go though the same again. Dakita has a traumatic history. Dakota was kidnapped and held in the basement of a deranged man for days. It is only been a year since and the she has decided to move on with her life.
Dakota has rebuilt her life and got a degree in Psychology so she could help more people like her. But her fickle normal life begins to unravel when her tormentor returns. She is sure that someone is following her and keeping a eye on her. However, people around her think she is just imagining things and is still a slave to her traumatic experience.
Now, Dakota has a big challenge. Not only she needs to overcome her paralyzing fear, but also go on the offensive and unmask her tormentor if she wants a chance to live a normal Life.
