Hearts Down Under movie follows Caroline as she travels to Australia to take care of a cafe bequeathed to her by an aunt.
Caroline is a busy restaurant owner and swamped with work. But her life is about to change when she receives a communication that her dear aunt in Australia has passed on and left her a cafe in Lemon Myrtle Cove. She is touched but can hardly spare time to take care of the cafe.
Seeing this as an opportunity to take a break, Caroline decides to leave for Australia and settle the future of the cafe. Once there, she finds the cafe is quite popular and bustling with patrons. However, the food is not up to the mark. She shares this with a stranger, who turns out to be the cafe chef!
Deciding to return to America, Caroline resolves to fix the cafe and sell it off. But the small town has only one contractor, Simon, who is also the chef of the cafe.
As they spend time together, Simo opens up her eyes to the natural beauty of Myrtle Cove and also to his charming self. With the deadline nearing, Caroline finds herself closer to Simon and the small town life and must make the most important decision of her life.
