Bollywood movie fans have an exciting lineup with February 2017 movie releases in store. January is still not over and we have Hritik starrer Kaabil and SRK’s Raees gearing up for the big clash in the last week of January before the Republic Day holiday. February 2017 Movie Releases
We have a mix of Comedy, Romance and Action and no major clashes scheduled for February 2017 movie releases. Action fans get to watch a thriller in The Ghazi Attack and Romance viewers get a period-drama in Rangoon. February 2017 movie calendar surely looks great for cinema lovers.

Runningshaadi.com puts the focus on a startup floated by a group of friends who decide to create a service for a niche market – couples who want to elope. There is, of course, a huge market for that in India. And so it begins, lining up the services to facilitate the running couple and the big clash with the family chasing the couples. Directed by Amit Roy, this Shoojit Sircar movie definitely looks promising for the 3rd February 2017.
Jolly LLB 2
The first installment of the franchise starring Arshad Warsi was fresh and novel. The second movie sees Akshay Kumar as the new jolly and a new case. A sleeper hit, the first part gained in popularity through word of mouth, but it will be difficult to recreate the same magic again in Jolly LLB 2. The movie releases on 10th February 2017 and does not have any other big Hindi movie releases in that week.
The Ghazi Attack
Marketed as the first Bollywood movie that covers war with it arch rival from the naval perspective, The Ghazi Attack follows the crew of INS Kranj submarine as it shadows PNS Ghazi. PNS Ghazi was sent by Pakitan to the Easter shores of India to seek and destroy INS Vikrant, in the movie. The movie releases on 17th February 2017 and does not have any major competition.
Rangoon
Close on the heels of The Ghazi Attack, we have another war movie releasing in February 2017. This one goes a bit more in the history and takes to World War II on Eastern borders of India. The period romance has Kangana Ranaut, Shahid Kapoor, and Saif Ali Khan in the lead roles. Rangoon will be the last major release in February when it hits the theaters on 24th February 2017.
Other than these major releases there are some other releases like Machine and Chauhar that may release in February. It is good that there aren’t any major movie clashes and cinema goers will be able to watch all major releases without having to sacrifice any.
