After struggling for renewal last year, the Sherlock Holmes and Watson team returns for Elementary Season 7 on CBS this week. The series follows NYPD consultant detective Holmes and his trusted aide Waetson as they solve bizarre and complex crimes with the the New York Police.

Elementary Season 7 Plot
In the last season, Holmes tried to cope with his health crisis by refocusing on his sobriety and discovered a new ally in Michael, a fellow addict who once found the strength to stay sober from Sherlock’s own words in past meetings. As Holmes struggled with uncharacteristic vulnerability, he fought to salvage his career and his friendship with Watson.
In Elementary Season 7, Holmes and Watson’s new careers as consultants for Scotland Yard are disrupted by news that a member of their inner circle has been gravely wounded in the United States.
As Holmes’ stateside legal trouble – the result of a confession to a murder he didn’t commit – threatens to keep them from returning to New York, their greatest foe to date, tech billionaire Odin Reichenbach, waits on the horizon to test their limits.
