Ek Kahani Julie Ki is a psycho thriller based in the backdrop of film industry. The movie is directed by Aziz. Rakhi Sawant and Amit Mehra play the lead roles in the movie. Although there isn’t a lot to expect from the performances and dialogues too sound a bit heesy, you can hope for an engaging 140 minutes with some edgy moments, on account of a good story line. Ek Kahani Julie Ki Music Review
The listeners will be delighted to hear Usha Uthup sing the title track which complements the genre of the movie. Usha Uthup no doubt adds to the mystery of the song with her singing and her vocals invite you to listen to the song again and again. Armaan Malik’s O Re Piya exactly opposite to the title song. The song is melodious and will easily find a place on you easy listening playlist. I wouldn’t compare it to some other hits this year like Rustom, Fever or Ishq Click, but it is good enough.
Fannari is a fast track sung by Mamta Sharma and reminds you of early songs by Ila Arun. There isn’t a lot to get excited about this song and it is unlikely that you will return to listen to this one again. Saiyaan Ve is run0f-the-mil and though good doesn offer anything new. The party beats do not do justice to the good lyrics penned by Taufique Pallavi.
