Kristin’s normal life is disrupted when she she realizes that she is being stalked. Thankfully, the stalker is eventually apprehended. But the psychological scars linger and she decides to take help. With her therapist Denise by her side, Kristin is finally back on her feet.
Her life seems to take a turn for good when she meets James and the two decide to marry. Life is once again normal and she us happy in her new family. But once again, fate has a cruel twist waiting for her. Maggie, her mother-in-law soon shows up and decides to live with them.
Initial lull and awkwardness is replaced by constant friction between the two, even as Kristing tries hard to keep things together. But with James’ behavior changing, Kristin is now suspicious of the Mother-Son duo and believes that they have an ulterior motive.
