Death of a Cheerleader on Lifetime follows Kelly Locke and Bridget Moretti as healthy competition between the two turns sour and ends in a disastrous loss.
Bridget Moretti and Kelly Locke are nothing like the other. Kelly comes from an affluent Northern California background while Bridget comes from a more middle-class background. However, Bridget is determined to have it all at school and become the popular one.
Her plan to get their is to become friends with Kelly and her rich and popular clique. She tries hard to get close to Kelly and appease in all possible ways. Bit when Kelly rejects all her overtures, Bridget is left humiliated.
Her humiliation soon becomes all-consuming rage. All her anger directed toward Kelly who stands between her and what she wants.
