Clique Series Plot
Clique series follows two childhood friends as they enter the corporate world full of dreams. Georgia is childlike and has an open attitude. While this works in her favor most of the times, it also lands her in trouble as she is easily converted to someone’s cause. Her best friend Holly on the other hand is self-assured and aware. Her difficult childhood has made her wary but resilient, and she has a sense of self that puts her at odds with her more hedonistic university peers.
They are quickly drawn into an alluring world of lavish parties and an elite clique of alpha girls, who intern at a corporation led by their economics professor Jude . But after witnessing an underbelly of drug use, sex, betrayal, violence and self-harm, Holly begins to suspect a darkness lurking behind the corrupt corporation and must work to figure out its mysteries without encountering deadly consequences.
Drawn into the Clique’s inner circle, Georgia grasps the opportunity to out-do her talented best friend. She can’t or won’t see that she was chosen for less than valid reasons. Instead she cuts herself off from Holly, too afraid to see the truth written on the face of the person who knows her best. Georgia will hold onto her new life even as it threatens to destroy her.
