Meet Charlotte, a dedicated luxury fashion designer. She’s been tirelessly working to establish her reputation from the bustling streets of New York City, where her boutique, Alastair, resides. But when she receives the exhilarating news that she’s been selected to participate in a design competition for the renowned Warwick’s department store, her world takes a delightful turn.
The challenge? Create a Christmas-themed collection for Warwick’s home & family brand. There’s just one hiccup: Charlotte isn’t exactly the biggest fan of Christmas. Her work has consumed her life, leaving little room for holiday cheer or quality time with her family. However, a burst pipe in her apartment becomes the catalyst for a change of heart. She decides to embrace it as a sign and heads back to her hometown for a family Christmas, hoping it will inspire her next great design.
Charlotte’s arrival coincides with the town’s beloved annual “12 Days of Elfcapades” event, a delightful holiday tradition.
It’s here that she crosses paths with Spencer, a charming mechanic who plays an integral role in the festivities.
