Christietown Book Plot

Christietown is an ambitious development project in the Mojave Desert that hopes to rope in mystery lovers and retirees. Designed like a typical English village, a visitor might think they are actually in the Cotswolds. The developer claims to be a direct descendant of Agatha Christie. Cece Caruso is feeling the pressure from her editor as well as boyfriend and cop Peter Gambino who wants her to set a date for their wedding. Add a pregnant daughter and ex-husband, and Cece has her hands full already. There is a myriad of plots and characters interwoven in the book as Cece tries to solve puzzles both present and past.

Christietown Book Review

Cece Caruso is an older leading lady who could teach youngsters a thing or two. It is interesting reading about the excerpts from her book, an autobiography of the real Agatha! I am not sure whether the book does justice to the queen of mystery – Agatha Christie herself – but I can vouch for the story here. Christietown is a fun read any day and a delight for mystery lovers.
