Budhia Singh: Born to Run is a biopic based on the little wonder Budhia Awooga Singh from Odisha who created a world record for being the youngest marathon runner in the world to run some 60 odd km in seven hours and two minutes. Music Composer : Sidhant Mathur Lyricists : Gopal Datt, Abhishek Dubey & Kantakabi Laxmikanta Mohapatra Use of Sitar in the tracks adds something new to the tracks and I would love to see more of it in new tracks from Bollywood.  Sunapua  . . . Tu Daud is catchy and the Sitar interlude in the sing will 'catch your ear', but it is too short to impact the song. Bheed sung by Sidhant Mathur is like most Bollywood songs that you get these days, however the persistent background loop of beats and guitar add a tension to the track that gives you a restless feeling. Utkala Janani, the Budhia Anthem, is unimpressive and the starting rhythm of the beats can only remind you of one thing - Garbha! This gets better as the song develops. But I don't see it as an anthem. The song sounds more dramatic than dynamic or motivating. Sunapua  . . .Daud could have been a much better anthem if you wanted to choose from the lot.
