Bhootkaal movie is a Marathi Horror movie releasing on December 2 2016. Set in a dilapidated old house in the woods, Bhootkaal unfolds the mystery behind the strange happening in the house and why no one stays there for long.

Bhootkaal Movie Story
In a classic horror story pattern, a group of students are seen visiting a vacant old house in Konkan. Akshay and his friends are done with their management exams and decide to visit his uncle’s property in the woods. Their plans are to kick-off a new business project by converting this old bungalow into a hotel. But as soon as they arrive, strange things begin to happen to them.
There is a secret buried in these lands. The acres of land is protected by an evil spirit – at least, that is what the people say. But Akshay is a student of science and doesn’t believe in this mumbo-jumbo.
When the paranormal events begin to increase in frequency as well as intensity, they decide to find what, if anything, can cause these happening. What does the ghost want and why is it harassing them? The answer to their questions lies in the past. As they begin to find the truth behind the events, a dark secret is revealed.
