Bhoomi Movie Story
Bhoomi movie story revolves around its lead character Bhoomi (Aditi Rao Hydari) who lives with her Baba (Sanjay Dutt). Their quaint and simple life crumbles down after Bhoomi, who is about to get married, is attacked by local goons who have have strong political associations and influence over police. They also malign her in court and in her local community and make her life a living hell.
The first part of the story takes us into their household and builds the loving relationship between a father and her daughter as he tries to fulfill her dreams.
The second part of the movie focuses on Baba exhausting all available means of justice and then resorting to do the only thing he can to make the wrong right.

Bhoomi Movie Review
Bhoomi movie faces the danger od becoming one of the many movies from Pin to Mom that have come out depicting the pan of abused victims and the anger and revenge that everyone wants to see. However, while Mom focused on the strategy and the planning of executing multiple murder, Bhoomi focuses on raw energy and anger.
The movie is all about Sanjay Dutt and he shows a range of emotions in the two hours on the screen. The movie, however, moves at a sluggish pace and in the second half, when it should have been full of anger and revenge, it falters. The villain is cruel, but it appears quite easy to get to him. Moreover, the end of the movie drags and falls to traditional Bollywood stereotypes but without much energy.
Trying to focus more on the Drama part, the movie falls weak in Action and it leaves it nowhere despite good lead performances.
