Believe Me – The Abduction of Lisa McVey movie follows a seventeen year old girl who was repeatedly abused and was about to give her life on the night she was abducted by one of the most notorious serial killers in Florida.
To survive her captor and stay alive, Lisa managed to connect with her abductor and win his confidence. She managed to use reverse psychology on her captor and ensured her release. Once out, Lisa told her story to everyone including her family and the Police. However, no one believed her.
Until a veteran detective heard her story and decided he wanted to pursue the truth in the matter. Lisa finally opened upto the person who showed interest in understanding her and listening to her story. As they pieced together her story, they realized that her abductor was the notorious serial killer that the Tampa PD was hotly pursuing.
And Lisa was smart enough to leave a trail of clues, the police are now on his trail, but will they find him before he strikes again?
