A lone cop battling an army of terrorists to rescue his wife and other guests on Christmas eve! This movie made me a Bruce Willis fan, and I will always think of him as an action hero. The Die Hard franchise still seems to be going strong too.
Die Hard (1988)
Director: John McTiernan
Stars: Bruce Willis, Alan Rickman, Bonnie Bedelia
No matter how many times I watch this Christmas movie, I am never bored. The riveting action sequences and the tension keep you glued to your seats all the time. This is slightly different from most of the family Christmas movies you will see in the theaters near you or aired on the television during the holiday season. But if you need to change your mood a bit and if all the romance and drama is weighing you down, Die Hard is one of the best that can shake you up keeping the Christmas spirit intact.
All’s well that ends well. John, with much effort and help from a local cop, gets the hostages out in time for Christmas Day. My favorite – Let it snow, Let it snow, Let it snow . . .
