Rangoon movie starring Saif Ali Khan and Kanagana and Shahid Kapoor is all set to release this week on 24th February. The movie has gone into an all-out promotion by making appearances on TV shows like The Kapil Sharma Show and Karan Johar’s Coffee with Karan.
However, the interest in the movie is less compared to what we saw for the previous big hits like Raees and Kaabil earlier this year. Made on the budget of roughly 78 Crores, the movie will need to bank heavily on WOM if it wants to compete with the biggies.

Rangoon is a love triangle set around 1942 in the backdrop of World War II on the Eastern border of India. This background gives the movie an interesting twist as we see the lead actress perform on stage for soldiers at various camps.
