Coffee With D Music Review
The short album has just four songs and it is unlikely that you will play these a lot or add any of them to your music playlists. Here’s our complete Coffee With D music review. The album opens with the Title Track, Coffee With D. Sung by Anu Malik who makes it all the more funny. The track captures the story and theme of the movie and the music is as suspenseful as it is catchy.
ALi ALi is a sufi song by Shabab Sabri. Although good, it does not have any fresh rhythms that will make you remember the song and definitely not a challenge to the other Piya Haji ALi song. Shaan sings the satirical song Nation Wants to Know. The song expresses the state of news media in the country that wants to exploit every possible opportunity for TRP and audiences who will watch anything on TV.
The only romantic number comes as Tumhari Mohabbat sung by Akanksha Sharma with Shaan and banks on some traditional rhythms. The song is melodious and lyrics by Sameer ensure that you will not turn off the radio.
MovieRecipe Verdict: A music album that fits with the theme of the movie, but does not enough to inspire you to buy the tracks.
