Carry On Kesar is a Gujrati Comedy-Drama scheduled to release on 17th February 2017. With Darshan Jariwala and Supriya Pathak in the lead roles, the movie is about a 50 something couple and their unfulfilled desire of birthing a child. The movie takes a humorous look at how science has now made it possible for hundreds to bear a child, which was not within reach easily a couple of decades ago.

Kesar and Shyamji are very much in love even after nearly 30 years after their wedding. They have everything in their life, except they could never have children. But when they meet Annie, things begin to look up for Kesar. Annie is a single girl working hard in Paris, her problem? She is single.
Annie boosts Kesar’s desire for having a child and tells the old couple that it can never be too late. Age is mostly something that is just in our minds and there are many more options and possibilities now than 20 years ago.
She convinces them that going the IVF way is a great choice to fulfill their dreams and make their years of dreams come true. What follows is a humorous take on how a young girl helps the old couple realize their dreams and in turn is influenced by the dynamics of their relationship in a generational give and take.
