Apple TV Plus brings a new Dystopian Drama based on a New York Times bestseller about the last few who have survived, away from the toxic world.
The new original follows a group of people who live around a mile deep under the ground. The world outside is destroyed and the toxic air is impossible to survive. The silo they live in is the only place that is safe and keeping these ten thousand strong group alive. The group is regulated by many rules and believe that these rules keeps them safe.
But all is not well in this living world. Their are too many secrets and too little information. When one of Juliette’s favorite person is found murdered, the engineer decides to find out the truth. The hunt for truth is dangerous and someone doesn’t want her to go digging.
As she begins to realize that something is not right, the mystery goes deeper than she initially thought. But she soon realizes that her own life is at risk and looking for truth can be more dangerous than lying.
Rebecca Ferguson plays Juliette with Tim Robbins, and Harriet Walter. The first season starts streaming on Apple TV+ with 10 episodes starting May 5, 2023.
The series is based on book trilogy authored by Hugh Howey.
