ShizuSan is the chef’s latest offering that promises its patrons a taste of Asia. From the regular Chinese and Thai to the new and unexplored Vietnamese cuisine, ShizuSan promises to keep foodies from Pune interested in the Asian Bistro.
ShizuSan gives DimSum lovers many new options in both non vegetarian and vegetarian appetizers.

The Edemame DimSums with Wasabi and Truffle Oil bring a new twist to the old veggies Dimsums. The whole Edemame beans (fresh soya beans) along with the pea pure inside are a good balance of bite initially and melt in your mouth as you progress further.
For chicken lovers, ShizuSan’s Chicken Soup Dumplings are something that momo fans would love to try.

As opposed to the normal dumplings, these are filled with hot chicken broth and minced chicken flavored with Shiitake mushrooms. Make sure you puncture them before you gobble up the whole thing!

What’s new on the Entree menu is the Hot Stone Rice. The rice is served in a bowl made of lava stone and prepared in front of you, at your table. The hot stone bowl keeps the rice hot until the end and also give a surprise crunch as you dig into the rice.
Baos. Bao is a bread that is steamed instead of being baked. The fluffy Bao is then stuffed with an assortment of veggies or meat. Order the Pork Belly Bao for a sweet and slightly sour taste or you can rely of on the pulled chicken Bao made with an Asian barbecue sauce.
