Death by Jealousy begins as hired by the groom’s family, Cindy and Mattheus stay in a lavish hotel with the rest of the wedding party. It is evident that the groom comes from a moneyed background. Mattheus finds himself slightly out of place and is jealous of all the excesses he sees around him. He is amazed at the amount of money that was being spent on a wedding. Allie, the bride, disappears while scuba diving with the groom. And of course the groom is the prime suspect!

The police question the groom and the wedding party again and again but Allie is still missing. Her parents are holed up in their room.
