The horror-suspense series released last year was renewed for a second season soon after its debut. Plagued by demonic possessions all his life, the protagonist finds some peace in Reverend Anderson who has demons of his own. The two take a journey of finding the truth together that takes them down the road that could threaten the world we know. Outcast Season 2 begins on Cinemax this week with Kyle getting closer to the truth, the whole town now seems to be in danger.

Outcast Season 2 Plot
Outcast follows Kyle Barnes, a young man who has been plagued by demonic possession all his life. He is a man searching for answers, and for redemption, who sequesters himself from those he loves for fear of causing greater hurt.
Helping him protect and find answers in Reverend Anderson. A West Virginia evangelist, the Reverend believes he is a soldier in God’s holy war against the forces of evil on Earth. An inveterate drinker and gambler, he doesn’t believe God intends people to sweat the small stuff.
In Outcast season 2, we see Kyle come to realize that the otherworldly threats are greater in scope and number than anticipated. His struggle will grow into a fight for all of his hometown, as he discovers the haunting secrets of his own past.
