Blumhouse Television brings another thrilling and horrific series in association with eOne to give you a hair-raising experience. Directed by Jean-Marc Vallée, the series stars Amy Adams in the lead role as she returns to her hometown and troubled past. The eight episode miniseries begin in July.

Sharp Objects Series Plot
Sharp Objects series follows reporter Camille Preaker. Camille has had a troubled childhood with a hypochondriac mother. Her childhood was lost when she witnessed her sister’s death at the age of thirteen and had struggled for years to come out of the grief.
Now, she is sent back by her boss to the town that holds memories she want to forget forever. A preteen girl has been killed, her body mutilated and now another one is missing. As she struggles with reconnecting with her mother and adjusting to a half-sister she hardly knows, Camille is getting sucked into the investigation deeper.
The current crimes and violence has once again resurface the memories she has tried to keep away. But in her effort to solve the puzzle of current crimes is bringing back memories. Memories that will perhaps solve this puzzle as well as one that she has distanced herself from.
