Alejandro and FBI agent Matt are back in the Sicario 2 – Day of the Soldado movie and face a the moral dilemma whether they should sacrifice an innocent girl to win the war and exact revenge.

Taylor Sheridan writes this new story directed by Stefano Sollima with the original antiheroes back in action. While Alejandro is still looking for revenge, Matt is desperate stop the drug cartels from pushing terrorists into the US. The movie is not really a sequel to the first Sicario movie and can be watched as an independent film.

Sicario 2 Movie Plot
In the first movie, Alejandro and Matt took down Alarcon and were able to disrupt the drug trade on the Mexican border. However, nothing much has changed. The escalation of the war with druglords have given way to a different kind of trade. The cartels are now helping terrorists gain entry into the US using their tunnels and other networks.
Testing the limits of what is right and not, Alejandro and Matt once again combine forces in Sicario 2 movie. Their plan is to escalate the drug war further. Alejandro kidnap’s the kingpin’s daughter to inflame the conflict. But when the young girl is seen just as collateral damage, Alejandro can’t help but see his helpless family killed by the cartel, in the young girl.
Will Alejandro sacrifice this young girl to win the war or will he manage to win both objectives?
