Yellowstone TV show follows John Dutton, who controls the largest contiguous ranch in the United States. Under constant attack by those it borders — land developers, an Indian reservation, and America’s first National Park, John must bring his family together and quell dissent to keep his land.
Joining John is Rip, a tough and merciless wrangler from Yellowstone Ranch, Rip has dedicated his life to serving the Duttons and will stop at nothing to get the job done. Keeping the Dutton men together is Beth, John’s daughter, thrown suddenly into matriarchy after the death of her mother and tasked with the impossible.
His other son Jamie is considering a career in politics. Jamie’s desperate need for his father’s approval pushed him to greatness—but it may also push him over the edge. Kayce will always be an outsider to the family he married into. He constantly walks a tightrope as his two families set out to destroy one another, every emotion billows through Kayce’s eyes, revealing secrets as they rip through him, threatening to tear him apart.
The drama is set in the vast remote lands of the US where land grabs make developers billions, and politicians are bought and sold by the world’s largest oil and lumber corporations. We travel to the world where Where drinking water poisoned by fracking wells and unsolved murders are not news: they are a consequence of living in the new frontier.
