Hometown Christmas movie story revolves around Noel and Nick as they are put together when Noell decides to revive the town’s live nativity during Christmas.
Things become difficult, however, when Noelle runs into her high school beloved, Nick Russell, a rising baseball superstar also back home owing to a fresh injury. Still feeling the burn from their senior year break-up,their lives are pressed together even more when they find out their parents share an attraction and want to be more than just friends.
When things start to fall apart with the live nativity Nick and Noelle unwillingly team up to pull off the show and find themselves growing close, discovering a hometown love for each other and the delight of Christmas that both never really faded away.
