Taken TV Series first premiered in 2017 but could not make a big impact on critics in its first season, but manages to build an audience following for itself. The Action-Thriller based on Luc Besson’s movie by the same name is all set to return to NBC in January for a second installment. Taken season 2 promises to give us more thrilling rescues as the young Bryan Mills becomes the one that we have come to live in the movies.

The first season saw Mills join hands with hart and at the same time uncover the mystery of his sister’s murder. The series took him around the world and ended with one final battle in Mexico where he ended up being shot and Asha barely surviving the attack on her. Taken Season 2 begins with Mills trapped in Mexico trying to find his way back home.

Episode 1
Bryan Mills (Clive Standen) fights for his life inside a secret Mexican prison and plans a series of dangerous deals to put him on track for escape to the United States. But plans change when Mills and a young migrant girl (guest star Adriana Santos) are taken by human traffickers. Meanwhile, Christina Hart (Jennifer Beals) leverages her spycraft skills to obtain powerful new software that could locate Mills, and enlists two unlikely allies to aid in her mission to bring Mills home.
