True love has no boundaries. One of the earliest movies that brought a love story between two characters from different generations to the silver screen was Lamhe. Now, Sumeet and Shahi Mittal are planning to give you another romance drama with a love triangle and spanning across generations on Sony TV, with Pehredaar Piya Ki.

Pehredaar Piya Ki cast is still developing, but we have a couple of lead actor announcements to share with you. Tejaswi Prakash (@tejasswiprakash) known for Swaragini will be seen in the new TV serial as the object of affection of a ten year old prince. Joining them will be TV star Jiten Lalwani who plays the role of the young prince’s uncle in the serial. He was last seen in a memorable role in Sasural Genda Phool on Star Plus.
Pehredaar Piya Ki serial is set in Udaipur and the shooting is underway. However, it is not decided when the show will hit the screens. We will keep you updated as we get more information about this new Hindi TV serial.
