Travel is fun, no doubt. India is topologically diverse with a long coast line, arid deserts, and imposing Himalayas. Travelers are lucky to get to experience it all from deserts to snow-clad mountains without ever having to step a foot out of the country. But that is no the only thing. Although classified largely as South and North, the country’s cultural make up and language changes with almost every state. Different languages, different way of dressing, and different food. Food, of course, is one of the most important part of a cultural identity. Other than a few souvenirs, I remember bringing home some local delicacies from the city visiting city.
