Freeform has given us many exciting young adult shows in the last few years and Alone Together TV Show seems like another to look forward to this winter. Alone Together follows two strictly platonic friends as they wade through their life in their own unique way, without a care about whats ‘trending’ around them.

Alone Together TV Show Plot
Alone Together TV Show follows two overlooked millennial misfits from different backgrounds trying to make their way in the vain and status-obsessed culture of Los Angeles. These two only find salvation in their male/female strictly platonic friendship. These best friends want nothing more than to be accepted by the vain and status-obsessed culture of Los Angeles. Despite their sometimes contentious relationship, when push comes to shove, they’ve got each other’s back … And they have nobody else to hang out with.
Throughout the season Esther and Benji’s misadventures include shooting their own music video, standing in line for a Lip Kit Pop Up and even trying their hand at retirement life. Regardless of the escapade, you can be sure in their own warped way they will have each other’s backs while calling each other on their nonsense in a way that only best friends can.

Episode 1 and 2
In the series opener, Esther and Benji are platonic best friends who want nothing more than to be accepted by the vain and status obsessed culture of Los Angeles.
Episode 3
After visiting a fertility clinic to freeze her own eggs, Esther plans to donate some of her eggs to offset the costs. Meanwhile Benji’s paternal instincts kick in as he awaits word on a sperm test.
Episode 4
It’s Benji’s birthday and Esther and Jeff take him on a road trip full of fun stops along the way. However, Esther’s ulterior motive threatens to derail the celebration.
Episode 5
When Esther and Benji stand in line for a Kylie Cosmetics pop-up store, Esther tries to avoid the distractions of rabid teenage girls and cutthroat moms while Benji roams off and becomes the man he really is — a guy who owns a saltwater aquarium.
