School is a safe place for the most of us and we easily trust and take people at face value. However, a yearning for things beyond our grasp often takes us to a point where we are ready and eager to dump all the correct behaviors in order to get what we want. The Wrong Tutor movie on Lifetime this week brings a thriller that showcases this behavior.

The Wrong Tutor Plot
The Wrong Tutor movie follows Emily as she goes on a secret mission that puts bad-boy Eric in grave danger he never dreamt of.
Emily is a shy and silent girl who is mostly invisible to the popular kids at school. When Eric a popular boy and ab alpha begins to slide down on the academic scale further his mother blames his current girlfriend. And with a DUI charge, Eric is now looking at the bottom with nowhere to go.
Emily cannot bear this and offers her help in tutoring Eric. His mother too sees this as a good influence and his grades begin to pick up soon. But his gratitude for helping him sends a wring message to Emily who begins to fall in love with him. When he inadvertently kisses Emily under the influence, she begins to believe in their affection for each other.
But can Emily take the truth when that comes out. Is she just trying to be a good friend to Eric or is their a more sinister motive hiding behind that pleasant, approachable smile.
