In the new Lifetime Movie Network presentation Tracking a Killer, the network brings a edge of the seat thriller set around a high school track team. Competition is strong in athletics. Add raging hormones to the mix and the emotionally charged environment can easily spiral out of control. But is the most obvious person the true killer?
What is Tracking a Killer LMN Movie About?
Tracking a Killer follows Haley as her anger management issues land her in a sticky situation when her teammate is found dead.
Haley was one of the smartest kids and also quite athletic. But after her father’s sudden demise, Haley’s grief got the better of her and she plunged into a dark place. Violent outbursts became the norm and Haley is advised to undergo anger management sessions. With nowhere to go, Haley finds solace in track events and joins the track team.
But after one of the outbursts on the field, her teammate Abby is found dead and cops pin the murder on Haley. Haley is soon put under house arrest, but vehemently denies any involvement in the murder, as her mother runs pillar to post to help her daughter.
Tension rise when Haley’s coach too is found murdered and it is Haley’s DNA at the scene. With Haley now missing, her mother must move heaven and earth to find Haley and save her from any further harm.
