We have had many new TV Shows that caught our fancy from the go. And there were others like Dynasty that grew on us. The CW plans to give the audiences the best of the new series as they get renewed for a second season and also plans to expand its prime-time offerings from five days a week to six days starting Fall 2018. The CW TV Shows Returning in 2018-19
The CW Network has given early renewals to ten of its prime-time series for the 2018-2019 season, it was announced today by Mark Pedowitz, President, The CW. Here is the list of series that you will get to watch your favorite channel in the coming year, with more new additions coming soon.
Black Lightning
The new superhero who has earned a solid fan following in his premiere season gets another with season 2 in the Fall 18 or Spring 2019 season.
Dynasty
We were not sure of this reboot in the early episodes, but the Carringtons have become an addictive lot and Dynasty Season 2 will be one of the most awaited TV shows in our calendars for 2018-19 season.
Arrow
After a steady season 6 Arrow too gets renewed for a season 7 stint with new enemies and some new team members.
DC’s Legends of Tomorrow
We are just finishing the current season and the April Season 3 finale was a hit. The series returns for season 4, most probably in the Winter TV show premiere season.
Jane the Virgin
Well, it never gets too boring when there’s Jane involved. With Petra’s new love interest JR still not coming clean about her motivations, Jane the Virgin Season 5 will sure have a lot to reveal.
Riverdale
The South Side is in trouble and Jughead is determined to bring the Lodges down. At the same time, Cheryl is sent to an asylum. Riverdale season 3 too has a lot to go on and is getting only stronger with each season.
There are also Supergirl, Crazy Ex-Gilrfirend, The Flash, and Supernatural that will return with a new season to keep their loyal fans entertained. Tell us which of these series are you waiting for the most.
