What is the Movie About?
The movie follows Veronica who is an ambitious and upcoming lawyer at her firm. She is very near to making partner at her firm, a lifelong dream. But just before Christmas, her boyfriend Steven breaks up with her over her workaholic nature.
Veronica’s mother whisks her away on a break to a Christmas retreat where devices are strictly prohibited. Here she meets Mark, the brother of the owner. Incidentally Mark is here after losing his job and trying to get his mind off his career prospects.
The two bind over various activities at the retreat and rediscover the magic of family, relationships, and companionship. But just as the two develop feelings for each other, Steven returns and asks Veronica to come back.
Will Veronica go back to her workaholic life with Steven, or will the new happy Veronica and Mark prove irresistible?
