When a Ballet dancer visits his small town, Matt is enamored by her grace and beauty. His passion for the dancer trickles into his craft and he bakes one of his best breads.
His popularity soon soars and tourists flock to his baker from far and wide. However, when the dancer leaves the town, Matt is crestfallen and the taste just blows out into thin air.
Distressed and sorely missing his delicious goods, the townspeople decide to find a new muse for Matt, but in vain. When nothing seem to change for days, they finally realize that they have missed the most obvious target – Matt’s lifelong friends and owner of the local cafe, Annie.
