Paul Pilkington is a super successful Indie author. I was hooked on to his ‘The One’ series. Anyone who is familiar with the books knows what a powerful pen Paul wields. But he has gone beyond that to become a publishing success. When I saw a review copy of his Someone to Save You book on offer, I just had to get it.

Someone to Save You Book Plot
Just 2 pages into Someone to Save You, I realized this wasn’t a book I wanted to read. Why? Just because I don’t like to read stories that have a lot of violence or malice. But I got sucked in and read till the end nevertheless.
Sam Becker almost hits a young girl who jumps in front of his car. And then he is pulled into a nightmare as he watches a young woman and her kids stranded in a car on top of the railway tracks. The woman doesn’t respond and Sam risks his life to save the kids.
Sam is a heart surgeon and saving lives is nothing new to him. He has a painful past he has not recovered from. He takes solace in a child hood friend who works in the same hospital. Sam’s wife is a social worker. The police are told that Sam could have saved the little girl. Sam is pulled into proving his innocence while dealing with his personal trauma.
Someone to Save You Book Review
The plot takes twists and turns moving at rapid speed like a white river. There aren’t many main characters, but they all come under the radar one by one. There is more than one mystery, some set in the present time while some from the past. There is no doubt that you will have permanent goosebumps as you turn the pages.
Someone to Save You is a top thriller penned by a masterful writer. You will not be bored while reading this. In fact, you might need a break to get away from the intensity.
