Silent Witness Movie Plot
Silent Witness movie follows Ruby Herring as she hates to a resort for her sister’s wedding and also meets with her parents after a long time. But when her mother’s old friend is found dead rupee must go back to her on orthodox investigation skills to find out the truth behind her death.
With five days until the wedding, they’ll have time to reunite with parents Bonnie and John Herring, a retired investigative crime reporter. The resort is also hosting a baking convention, Bakefair, with Bonnie’s old friend Sugar Albert, now a mega-successful baker and the head of her own business empire, as Bakefair’s celebrity guest.
When Ruby hears cries for help while hiking the next morning, she responds to find Sugar’s niece Megan, desperately trying to free Sugar from a creek, where she is submerged, her leg trapped between a log and some rocks. Ruby helps free Sugar and she and Megan perform CPR to no avail.
Ruby realizes that her mom’s old friend may have been murdered, and is curious to learn more.
