This Seekh kebab Salad recipe with mint dressing is perfect combination for a spicy, tangy quick meal on a weekday – be it lunch or dinner.
With monsoon rains all settled in, this is one of the best times in India to get fresh veggies for a salad. Caeser salad is one of my favorites, but I was in the mood to eat something spicy, light, and healthy for a lunch. Salads are easy, cut a few veggies, add some dressing, pick a protein of your choice and there you have, a quick and nutritious lunch. So here it is a easy salad recipe that will make your meal delicious.
Seekh Kebab Salad Ingredients
Meatzza Seekh Kebab - 250 gms 2 Cups chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce 1 Cup Oakleaf (or you could just buy any assorted salad bags from your grocery store) 1/2 Cup onion slivers 3 Tbs Mint Salad Dressing
For the Mint Salad Dressing
1 Cup mint
1/4 Cup thick yogurt or Greek yogurt (Chakka)
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Sugar
How to Make Seekh Kebab Salad
- Heat a pan and lightly oil the pan
- Place the seekh kebabs from the packet on the pan on medium heat
- Cover the pan and cook for 10-15 minutes. Keep turning them to grill from all sides
- Blend the mint salad dressing ingredients in a blender
- Roughly chop the salad veggies and toss them with the dressing
- Chop the seekh kebabs in chunks and serve then on a bed of lettuce
